nobile olim Orientis Emporium, cuius mentio apud Auctorem Peripli, Καλλιένα πόλις ἡ ἐπί τῶ Σαραγάνου τȏυ πρεσβυτέρου χρὀνων ἐμπό ριον ἔνθεσμον γενόμενον, μετὰ γὰρ τὸ καταςχεῖν αυτὸ Σανδάκην ενωλύθη ἐπὶ πολύ, Calliena urbs, tempore Saragani senioris (qui ibi regnaveat) emporium fuit celebre, postquam vero Sandaces (Saragani finccessor) illud occupavit, multum pristim splendoris perdidit, vide Salmasium ad Solinum p. 1186.
